Oversees all daily operations, including the supervision of all staff, community resources, and social services for person-centered individuals. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with stakeholders and referral sources; responds to home provider, regional center, and Department of Developmental Services (DDS) requests. Employment Services
Rashadom Masiyah
Provides employment services and community engagement that includes but is not limited to job readiness and specific training and teaching methods related to employment to person-centered individuals as required by DDS. Complies with program procedures, including timely submission of documentation and adherence to employment and service plans of care.
